It depends on many factors: angles, rhythm, setting and certainly YOUR style of Magic. So it is hard to answer that question:-)The only thing I can tell you is what works for me. I most often use a one handed table hop (Vernons variation), Free Turn Pass (Bruce Cervon) and my own variation of a Dribble-Pass.

thank you for your fast answer.
And for your opinion, which shift,or action, you think is the best for card table condition?
I mean, shifts can pass in slow company but in the fast company I just cant think of a shift that can be done without any possible detection… or maybe I just looking in the wrong direction?

    1. It´s a gut question. I never practiced it this way but I guess that it will not make a big difference.

2.If you do it right it´s almost noiseless and the sound is covered by the action of tapping the deck against the table.

Just one more thing: be aware of your angeles if you are going to use this shift. Even though I realy like this technic I actually perfer to whop the cut on the pick-up.

I have been working on the One handed Shift and I will thank you if you can help me :
1.Instead of putting the left little finger at the rear-center of the pack,I place it on the lower left corner, does it effect the shift?
    2. Does the shift is really noiseless or there is still some sound of the packets as they slips?
    A lot of thanks ^_^

ALso, try using Erdnase’s method for a push in versus Marlo when you go to the table. Also work on the hand motion of it, Hand lookslike it’s sweeping the bottom of the deck.
